To download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader
You must use the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and read pdf documents.
If you have Adobe already, all you do is click on the pdf document.
You can download Acrobat Reader by clicking on the icon below.
Once you have Acrobat Reader installed in your system, the document will be
displayed in your browser when you click on the attachment. To download and save a
document for later viewing, right click on the hyperlink and select "Save
Target As..." ("Save link As..." if you are using Netscape)
from the pop up menu.
